This is a lovely table and one I would happily have at home. I think it's full of charm and has a fantastic bur walnut top. I know what you're going to say... ‘it has a split down the middle’, but that's how it was made. The top is actually butterflied and over the years there has been a little shrinkage. But... for me I wouldn't touch it, I think it's all part of the character and let's be honest, if you're as old as this table you would have a few cracks about you too!
