Never mind the upholstery just look at the frame.
For every 100 chaise lounges you get, I would suggest 99 will either be walnut or mahogany. This one is in oak and the embellishments and the detail on the frame is quite fantastic, please look at the pictures and I hope you agree.
The front leg is fantastic, the end of the arm is fantastic, the Grecian key pattern is fantastic, it has a bowed end the spindles in the back are finally turned. It is polished on the back so is also freestanding.
This is a really lovely piece of English furniture.
