These are a very unusual long set of 22 carver armchairs, which are very well constructed and made out of solid oak, with subtle art deco influences. The shape of the arms and the subtle carved decoration to the back and front legs makes me think they were made around 1915/1920. They have stretchers which are placed high on the front and back legs to add strength, but again are subtle and not in your face... a feature of quality and good design! They would look amazing in a private dining room or small restaurant.

We would put them all through our workshop, strip off the old material, check the stability of the blocks and dowels, wash off, overstain, wax and reupholster in a material of leather of your choice.

Please note the price shown here is with customers on material or leather.
