If you had tables like this in the 17th century, this is what they look like! With baluster turned legs, moulded drawer fronts, brass drop handles. They are beautifully polished and patinated. They are free-standing (polished all the way round) and would look great either side of a sofa or either side of an easy chair, with a glass of… my favourite at the moment 0% Guiness on top!
I would suggest these are made by one of the top firms over in Norfolk area, perhaps Titchmarsh and Goodwin. Can you believe in 1996, they were sold for £950.00 (see receipt in last photo… a lot of money back then!).
