Choosing commercial outdoor furniture for your business is a big investment. You want to make sure that the entire process from purchase through to delivery runs smoothly and that, by the end, you’re left satisfied with great quality furniture.
We understand this and so we wanted to put together a guide addressing any questions you may have before making your purchase and helping you to feel confident in your investment.
In order to create this piece, we worked closely with our sales team and made a list of questions we regularly encounter during our discussions with customers. In order to address each question fully and provide you with a satisfactory response, we wanted them answered by a group of people that really knew their stuff! Who better than our very own in-house experts; Martin Taylor, Darrel Wall and Roger Belham?
Here’s what they had to say…
Martin says: “Yes, all our outdoor furniture is made for contract use (such as bars, restaurants, cafés, pubs and hotels). The design takes into account the constant use and heavier wear of the hospitality environment compared with furniture you can purchase from retail shops that is designed more for home use.”
Martin says: “Unfortunately, we know what the weather can be like in this country and so all our furniture is supplied with the British climate in mind. Timber is treated with a preservative or the furniture is manufactured with timbers that won’t shrink or split. Metal frames are painted using a process that ensures they won’t rust.”
Martin says: “We have a wide range of customers ranging from the National Trust to village pubs and restaurants in central London.”
Darrel says: “We deliver throughout mainland UK and even elsewhere, if required. We provide a quotation for every project that shows the cost of delivery, so unlike with other companies, there won’t be any shockingly large bills at the end. No hidden costs. We’re upfront about everything.”
Darrel says: “We carry a large stock of outdoor furniture so depending on the size of the order and location we may be able to deliver in as little as a few days. More bespoke projects may require a little longer, usually delivered within a few weeks.”
Roger says: “Good question. When you place your order, if you request installation on the day of delivery, our driver will be more than happy to set out the furniture for you.”
Roger says: “We have many partners that may be able to supply a special item of furniture, so if you can’t see exactly what you want on our website, let us know the details and we’ll do our very best to help.”
Of course, if you have a question about commercial outdoor furniture that hasn’t been addressed in this guide, by all means feel free to pick up the phone where we’ll be happy to help. You’ll even be able to pose your question directly to one of our experts.
